Gwenaelle Pemberton provides business/executive coaching services to individuals at management and board level. Individual coaching provides opportunity to focus on career development, leadership and specific work related challenges. The organisation benefits from coaching by having more engaged, committed and impactful leaders.

Looking back at my 30yrs + business experience, I have always been passionate about helping people develop to be their best, building confidence, strategic leadership and connections.

In my own career, I have seen the power that individual coaching can bring, through working with my own coach. It is really eye opening how much progress you can make when you work on a goal with your coach.

Prior to becoming a coach, I was a Vice President Regulatory Leader in a Pharmaceutical company where I led the international group, setting vision and driving operation ex-US, championing recruitment and development of high calibre, diverse and very efficient teams of over 260 people in 36 countries.

Still working as a Regulatory Advisor for a private equity firm, I am also on a scientific advisory board of a pharmaceutical start up helping to shape operational strategy and guide long-term organisation governance and direction.

I have lived both in France and the UK and am bilingual.

My extensive global and regional leadership experience gained over more than 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry has been foundational to connecting with corporate clients and understanding their challenges.
